This indentured made and endorsed into this eighth day of September 1881 between EP Burton special commissioner of the one part and heirs at law of William Nickerson deceased, of the other part witnesseth that whereas the land of land William Nickerson deceased was partitioned among his heirs by Commissioner supported by the order of the Estill County court Kentucky its May term 1881 another commissioner filed June 18, 1881 and the court at its August term 1881 and that the above named report to record at the same time of this court appointed EP Burton special commissioner to make deeds of partitions among said heirs according to set divisions. Now EP Burton special commissioner acting under the authority of the Estill County court and behalf of Mary L Reeves, Wm. Nickerson, WS Nickerson. Emma Nickerson, Mary White, Frances Reeves of the first part and Dudly Todd, Sally A Todd, and WS Nickerson of the second part now when consideration of the promises instead first party is bargain and sold and by these present to grant and conveyed unto the second party his heirs¦ number 2, on the map of said division be in will situated in the county of Estill and state of Kentucky buying in the waters of Knob Lick and bounded as follows beginning at a stake in the Bank of the Branch corners to one lot number 1 at B in the map thence N 29 1//2 E twelve poles to a stake thence N19 ½..,10 poles to two small sycamore sprout¦and thence S86 E20 to a s metone at†(sic)¦.thence S1W18 poles to a stone¦.to the beginning containing 2 acres. Said party of the first two-year via (sic) relinquish all the right title to the above described land to this said Dudley Todd, Sally A. Todd and WS Nickerson of his heirs and assigns forever in fees simple whereof I hereto set hands and seal the day in date first above written
