NetControl is a program for people acting as the net control station on an amateur radio rag-chew net, specifically the Rooster Net (3990kHz, 0600 Eastern). You could use it for nets other than the Roosters, of course, as long as you don't mind calling the date your members joined your net their Crowed Date.
